Registration fee for the Conference

Registration includes:
attendance of conference, portfolio with abstracts etc., certificate of attendance,
all coffee/ lunch breaks & dinners (gala dinner on Saturday), a guided tour of the Kavala archaeological sites

First, make the money transfer making sure that your name is noted at the bank, then fill in the registration form, print, sign it and fax it together with deposit receipt of the Bank to: (+30) 2510 462202. Students should also fax a copy of their student ID. The committee must receive: registration form, bank receipt, and student ID (where it applies).

 

B) In Person Registration: (cash only).
Non-speakers can register at the Centre of Foreign Languages & Physical Education (office 14), Kavala Institute of Technology, in the following days:

  • 3-20 May, 11:00-14:00

C) On-Site Registration: (cash only).
Non-speakers can register at the reception desk at Kavala Institute of Technology during the conference.
